After more than 150 episodes, HGTV's real estate and renovation juggernaut Flip or Flop, starring Tarek El Moussa and Christina Haack, ended its 10-season run averaging a .91 live plus three day rating among P25-54 and a 1.13 L3 rating among W25-54, as well as a 1.11 L3 rating among upscale P25-54 and a 1.38 L3 rating among upscale W25-54. More than 90 million viewers have watched Flip or Flop since its premiere on April 16, 2013. The series became an instant hit by chronicling the formerly married couple's adventures in the flipping business as well as their personal challenges and triumphs.

Flip or Flop's final season, which wrapped on Thursday, March 17, averaged a .74 live plus three day rating among P25-54 in the 8-8:30 p.m. timeslot, a 55 percent bump over year-ago levels. Among W25-54, the season garnered a .95 L3 rating, a 59 percent lift over year-ago ratings. Upscale audiences also drove the series ratings success, delivering a .82 L3 rating among upscale P25-54 and and a 1.04 L3 rating among upscale W25-54, a lift of 88 percent and 94 percent versus a year ago.

In addition, this season of Flip or Flop ranked as the #1 cable program in prime among multiple demos in the timeslot, nabbing the top spot among P25-54, W25-54, households and P2+, as well as upscale P25-54, upscale W25-54, upscale M25-54, upscale P2+ and upscale households.

The final season of the series attracted more than 20 million total viewers.

The full 10-season run of Flip or Flop generated more than 75 million video views across all social platforms.

New York [April 7, 2021] Real estate experts Tarek El Moussa and Christina Haack will return in five new episodes of HGTV's mega-hit series Flip or Flop beginning Thursday, April 29, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Attracting more than 24 million viewers this season to date, the business partners will continue to buy, renovate and sell rundown properties with potential in Southern California while co-parenting their kids - Taylor, 10, and Brayden, 5. The fresh episodes will follow Tarek and Christina as they successfully flip houses with loads of costly issues, including termite damage, water leaks, foundation cracks and even a front yard overrun with cacti, in order to create dream family homes that will fly off the market. In addition to airing on HGTV, each new episode of Flip or Flop will be available on discovery+ on Thursdays beginning April 29.

First Three Episodes of Current Season Attract 9.3 Million Viewers

New York [Nov. 5, 2020] HGTV has ordered 15 new half-hour episodes of its mega-hit series Flip or Flop starring real estate and house flipping experts Tarek El Moussa and Christina Anstead. The newly greenlit episodes, which will continue to follow the divorced duo as they co-parent their two children and run a successful SoCal home reno and flipping business, are slated for premiere in late 2021.

The current season of Flip or Flop, which premiered just three weeks ago on Thursday, Oct. 15 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, has attracted more than 9.3 million viewers to date. So far this season, the series ranks as the #1 cable premiere among M25-54, upscale P25-54, upscale M25-54, Households and P2+ as well as the #2 cable premiere among P25-54, W25-54 and upscale W25-54 in Thursday prime.

New York [Sept. 10, 2020] Always ready to renovate and flip any run-down house with potential, real estate experts Tarek El Moussa and Christina Anstead will buy, rehab and sell more of SoCal's dilapidated properties in a new season of HGTV's hugely popular series Flip or Flop, premiering Thursday, Oct. 15, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The business partners, whose lives on and off camera generate big buzz among millions of social media followers, attracted more than 23 million viewers to the series last season. In the new episodes, they continue to navigate both the expected and surprising challenges of co-parenting their kids - Taylor, 9, and Brayden, 5 - while running a successful business.

The season two finale of Christina's solo series, Christina on the Coast, will air Thursday, Sept. 10, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. And, on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 9 p.m. ET/PT, Tarek will return in four new episodes of Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa as he mentors real estate novices who want to learn the secrets of a successful flip.
