March 31, 2022 - Paramount+ today unveiled the official trailer for THE REAL WORLD HOMECOMING: NEW ORLEANS, which will premiere exclusively on the service in the U.S. and Canada on Wednesday, April 20. The series will also launch exclusively on Paramount+ in Australia and Latin America this summer. The original 23-episode season of "The Real World: New Orleans," filmed in 2000, will come to Paramount+ in the U.S. a week earlier on Wednesday, April 13.
Produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, the third installment of the hit original unscripted series THE REAL WORLD HOMECOMING will reunite New Orleans cast members David "Tokyo" Broom, Melissa Beck, Jamie Murray, Danny Roberts, Matt Smith, Julie Stoffer and Kelley Wolf in "The Big Easy." The roommates are moving back in for a dramatic, nostalgic, heartfelt reunion, where they'll get a second chance to stop being polite and start getting real.
THE REAL WORLD HOMECOMING is executive produced by Sitarah Pendelton-Eaglin, Candida Boyette-Clemons and Nadim Amiry for MTV Entertainment Studios, and Jonathan Murray, Julie Pizzi, Erica Ross, Kevin Lee and James Knox for Bunim/Murray Productions. Skye Topic, Jacob Lane, Joe Rosenzweig and Lauren Goldstein serve as co-executive producers, and George Verschoor is consulting producer.

NEW YORK - Oct. 8, 2021 - Paramount+, the streaming service from ViacomCBS, and MTV Entertainment Studios today announced the second season of the hit original unscripted series THE REAL WORLD HOMECOMING will premiere exclusively on the service on Wednesday, Nov. 24. The multi-episode docuseries will reunite original Los Angeles cast members Beth Anthony, Beth Stolarczyk, David Edwards, Glen Naessens, Irene Berrera-Kearns, Jon Brennan and Tami Roman in the same iconic Venice beach house from 1993.
This groundbreaking season of THE REAL WORLD made history with a number of series firsts, including never-before-seen "confessional" style interviews, cast members exiting mid-season with new houseguests moving in, a wedding and more. The series also tackled important issues such as same-sex relationships, abortion, consent, safe sex and eating disorders. After spending decades apart, the roommates will reconnect to find out how the series transformed their lives since the cameras stopped rolling, and they'll discover, once again, what happens when people stop being polite... and start getting real.

The first REAL WORLD installment will reunite the original New York cast in the iconic NYC loft for THE REAL WORLD HOMECOMING: NEW YORK.
On the heels of MTV's 40th birthday, the brand that birthed reality television is bringing it back to where it all began. With reality one of the key genres for the new streaming service, Paramount+ is poised to take advantage of ViacomCBS' global leadership position in the category. Paramount+ will be the ultimate destination for the biggest hit franchises including LOVE & HIP HOP, LOVE ISLAND, RUPAUL'S DRAG RACE, THE AMAZING RACE, SURVIVOR, THE CHALLENGE, BIG BROTHER, JERSEY SHORE and many more.

In the multi-episode docuseries, the original seven strangers will revisit the shocking moments and explosive issues that transpired during the historic season and discuss how they parallel in today's social climate. Gardner, Julie Gentry, Norman Korpi, Eric Nies and Kevin Powell to find out how the series transformed their lives since the cameras stopped rolling and to find out, once again, what happens when they stop being polite... and start getting real.
